Finance Analyst  

Ensure accuracy & timely maintenance of:

• Accounts Payable – entering invoices, submitting for approval, entering draft payments for banking, advise new bank accounts required

Preparation and assessment of the withdrawal process

• Create and prepare withdrawal batch files throughout each day
• Assess all withdrawals to ensure all turnover, KYC, bonus abuse, duplicate account issues are not present
• Defer withdrawals to Finance Management where required
• Raise any withdrawal or account issues that you find with Finance Management

Assistance with some components of the payroll function as required by HR/Finance management:

• Commission reconciliations
• Support reconciliations
• Time in Lieu of tracking
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis tasks as required by the Finance Manager

• Graduate of any Accounting or Finance course
• BPO experience for at least 2 years doing Finance or Banking task
• Knowledge of common accounting procedures and compliance frameworks
• Finance or accounting experience including interaction with corporate and business unit management offshore and onshore (non-negotiable)
• Understanding of Accounts Payable
• Attention to fine detail and accuracy of the audit.
• Night shift
• Willing to work in Mckinley Hill, Taguig
