Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Answers incoming customer calls and live chat/email through Intercom Apps regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call and chat
  • For morning shift (female) you will be working in morning from 06.00 am- 03.00 pm,
  • For the night shift (male) you will be working in night shift from 03.00 pm - 12.00 pm.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Minimum D3 / S1
  • 1 year in Customer Service experience (Fresh graduate welcome to apply)
  • Male is preferable for night shift
  • No gender preference for the morning shift
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
