** This is a paid internship.
We are seeking a professional and motivated team player to support the business development team. The Intern will work closely with the marketing team in identifying business opportunities such as partnerships and affiliate programs. The Intern will be involved in special short-term projects to support Business Development initiatives and objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work on partnerships with various online and offline partner.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
- Manage sales leads through systematic tracking and follow-up.
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly metrics with volume and quality of leads generated.
- Perform other duties to support the Marketing / Business Development Team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-based, and high volume environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to build rapport quickly.
- Can work with minimal supervision and has initiative.
- Self-starter, resourceful, tenacious, and persistent.
- Highly-motivated and engaging.
- Willing to work in the PawnHero HQ office.
