Performance Marketing Intern  

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Generate compelling ad copy, social media posts, and email content aligned with campaign objectives and target audience.
• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Work with the design team to ensure consistent visual branding across all marketing materials.

Campaign Support:

• Assist in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Contribute to the development and execution of email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective content and approaches.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about digital marketing.
• Bonus Points:
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Experience with graphic design software/basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Understanding of the target audience and industry.
• Previous internship or project experience in marketing or communications.
