- Monitors Project Budget.
- Check and Balance Project Budget (Budget vs. Actual)
- Receives and keeps all documents pertaining to Construction or Project.
- Creates and reviews the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.
- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly production and/or project cost reports.
- Examines and reviews unusual cost records and ensures cost data is allocated correctly to its cost center.
- Coordinates with the contractors for billings.
- Prepares and submit Bidding requirements.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Preferably with 1 year experience as an Office Engineer
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
