Community Manager  

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the Discord, Telegram and Twitter servers for various projects - this is a MUST
• Celebrate and surface the important feedback and incredible stories that come from our community
• Shape the future of how we build trust and growth in new Community segments
• Execute and manage community events and campaigns such as Airdrop, Giveaways, Whitelisting, AMA, etc
• Participate in experiments that help scale our community programs and their impact
• Report on the health of the community servers, and make recommendations for improvement
• Always promote optimization of process, tools, and teams for best campaign output and community experience
• Assist in implementing new technologies to improve Discord/Telegram community campaign performance
• Track program performance goals through data measurement tools and dashboards
• Develop clear guidelines and conduct training sessions with Community Moderators and other roles within the community
• Manage progress and review performance of Community Moderators and other community roles
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in community management (digital, social media and offline communities included) - applicants with less experience will be considered for Community Associate.
• A bachelor degree in Communications / Marketing or other related fields
• Track-record in managing community and social media / marketing campaigns
• Highly organized and comfortable working across multiple countries and multiple projects
• Ability to create recommendations and implement new experiments to improve goals
• Ability in understanding important performance drivers against findings
• Experience using Discord, Telegram and Twitter
• Self-motivated, independent and organized team player with a start-up mentality, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams from other locations
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

It’d be great if you can/have:

• Build a Discord server from scratch, for professional or personal use

• Understand the best Discord & Twitter server moderation and community practices
• Knowledge of other online community platforms, such as Reddit
