Research Manager  

Being a part of the research team and doing end-to-end market research
Research scope: Data gathering and processing on latest market trends, deals, government plans, competitors and company's
internal data, forecast future trends, market sizing, measuring marketing and branding effectiveness for the ID fintech industry

Day to day activities :
1. Launch relevant research studies to further answer business needs which include end to end project management, including translating high level business requirement / questions to action items, execution proposal, timeline and budget proposal, getting alignment from all relevant stakeholders, as well as managing the day to day execution of the research.
2. Work with relevant party/parties to be able to execute said study/studies, including external and internal stakeholders.
3. Analyzing the research result and gather meaningful insight to be presented to the relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to the management

- Graduate from reputable university
- STEM background is preferred
- ability to break down problem to its component, and good problem solving skill
- ability to work at a fast paced environment
- capability to manage and coach team members
- good communication skill, as well as stakeholder management
- agile, nimble, yet resourceful and opinionated
- collaborative, accountable, integrious, high ownership, and ambitious
- knowledge of fintech and SME are desired but not critical
