Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create leads, secure deals, & manage business customers based on given targeted numbers to hit our GTV, Revenue, & Number of Transactions matrix.
- Be a trusted partner and advocate for 50-100 SME business customers.
- Build strong and happy customer relationships to achieve long-term success.
- Determine customers' needs, goals, dreams, and collaborate with them to implement solutions.
- Working closely with cross functions, you will be responsible for championing and leading the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Work as part of the team to develop strategies for scale and growth.
- Provide periodical report to supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh graduate or max. 3 year experience.
- Can understand the product and build great relationships with customers.
- Have an ability for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- Have a natural curiosity as to how businesses work, and will be an advocate for our top business customers.
- Can operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment - you're willing to try something new.
- Possess superior verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Have a tendency towards data analytics; excellent skills in MS. Office especially excel (Pivot, vlookup, chart, named range, etc).
- Highly passionate about Payments, Finance, Software and Startups.
