Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct structural research and analysis to generate insights in line with business objectives
- Support marketing teams in performing analysis to enable data driven decision making
- Segment customers based on data insights
- Identify efficient promo structures to motivate user growth
- Articulate insights to key partners along with recommended actions
- Work with cross functional teams to execute on initiatives arising from insights generated
- Optimize overall funnel from install to loyalty through testing and analysing all campaign performances, creative, segmentation, mechanics, etc
- Perform data analysis weekly and provide recommendation based on consumer insights
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertisement, eCommerce, top tier management consulting
- Strong track record of senior stakeholder management
- Confident in processing and analysing complex data sets using Excel
- Has experienced with SQL and a mobile CLM platform is preferred but not essential
- Qualitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analysis results to a wide range of audiences and translate the results to actionable business insights
- Detail-oriented
- A start-up attitude, willing to work hard to get things done very well
- Language proficiency in Bahasa and English will be highly preferred
