Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To canvass merchants for leads in the geographical area assigned
- To acquire merchants to accept OVO payments (through leads, cold calls, merchant gathering, events) in geographical area assigned
- To upsell deals in OVO app to merchants
- To manage/maintain existing merchants in geographical area assigned in order to drive transaction volume and make sure that they remain as merchants for OVO
- To track the performance of merchants in geographical area assigned and lead initiatives to improve their performance
- To manage a team of AEs in the area assigned and ensure that they meet their KPIs
- To sign/manage/maintain large area/region accounts
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
- The ability and desire to sell
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, confident, and determined approach
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- A high degree of self motivation and ambition
- The skills to work both independently as a part of a team
- The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
- A good sense of business acumen
