Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Maintenance Engineer for CNC Machines, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and operation of all CNC machines at the factory. You will be required to diagnose, repair and maintain the CNC machines to ensure that they operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. The position requires an experienced individual with strong knowledge of CNC machines and their mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CNC machines, using a variety of tools and techniques
- Perform repairs and replace parts as necessary
- Monitor the performance of the machines and make recommendations for improvements
- Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
- Work closely with other maintenance engineers and production personnel to ensure smooth operation of the factory
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate in training and development activities as needed to stay current with new technology and best practices
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and repair
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills
- Knowledge of programming languages such as G-code and M-code
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in machine maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
