- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- EXCELLENT communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Highly knowledgeable in Philippine Labor laws
- Has experience in handling administrative hearings
- In depth knowledge in Microsoft Programs
