Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Execute plans to achieve ads performance to achieve
- Provide forecasting recommendations for creative to increase traffic and/ or the other objective.
- Propose and help implement marketing programs and promotional campaigns on E commerce & marketplaces
- Monitor, identify, and develop strategies to effectively achieve the E Commerce traffic.
- Provide Weekly report for ads & monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity
- Work with Creative team s in the development of content for E Commerce including copy, merchandising, banners, and promotions
- Review new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Stay current with E Commerce & marketplaces and trends to ensure our brand existence in digital
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 4 - 6 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
- 4 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Familiarity with e commerce performance
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
