Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
- Day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
- Responsible for working with executives to determine budgets and targets, and they are often charged with developing pricing strategies for products and services.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum bachelor economics or bachelor technology degree graduate.
- At least 3 year(s) of experience in marketing and communications.
- Having experience working in start up company or IT company.
- Fluently in English both writing and speaking proven by having a TOEFL / IELTS certificate with minimum score 500 / 5,5.
- Ability to work with high performing teams and confidently build strong rapport with cross-functional and cross-cultural global business teams
- Ability to perform well in a dynamic environment where the overall business direction may not always be well defined
- Creative, innovative, and willingness to deliver quality excellence
- Excellent presentation and comprehension skills
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
