Purchasing Assistant  

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitors stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Researches potential vendors
• Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery
• Updates internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Prepare cost analyses
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

- Provincial applicants that are willing to relocate in Manila

Job Qualification:

• Must be a graduate of BS in Accountacy or related course
• Must be able to do field work
• Must have good analytical and numerical ability
• Must be flexible and able to work ondifferentworking environment, as wellas traveling to different places andworking on extended hours and on holidays.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English andTagalog
• Must be determined and strong-willed
• New graduate may be considered
• Applicants must be willing to work on-site, at Malate, Manila City.
