Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree holder of any Business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing or Computer field.
- More than 3 years of professional experience in similar or related field is preferable;
- Knowledge in Information Services, Social Media Platforms such as Face Book and Twitter is required;
- With good written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in handling customers via email and phone is required;
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop is required;
- Has sound judgment and excellent problem solving skills;
- Creative and can generate idea easily;
- Can handle stress and pressure well;
- Background in gaming or having keen interest in gaming is an advantage.
