Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Duties/Responsibilities :
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements marketing activities in order to meet targets;
- Provides direct supervision and guidance to subordinates;
- Conducts periodic performance evaluation of subordinates and makes appropriate recommendation on personnel promotion and sanctions for specific violations;
- Motivates subordinates to perform their respective tasks to achieve the goals of the organization;
- Ensures teamwork among personnel within the department;
- Attends monthly Departmental Heads meeting.
- Marketing Responsibilites:
- Develops/formulates project briefs and marketing plans for all projects;
- Conceptualizes & implements project launches and inaugurations;
- Recommends and implements major/grand launch of new projects;
- Oversees Marketing Department during exhibits and project launches;
- Conducts project briefing of new projects to BPs & BAs ;
- Creates Audio-Visual Presentation for various OPMC projects;
- Conducts regular market research and proposes programs to the sales group;
- Regularly updates competitor’s study within concerned project areas;
- Formulates effective payment terms and promos that may be applicable to all OPMC projects;
- Recommends buyer’s incentives for all projects.
- Conceptualizes events, exhibits and other below the line marketing to promote old projects based on the marketing plan;
- Sources and recommends exhibit venues for all OPMC projects;
- Coordinates with SLRDI and Joint Venture Partners regarding upcoming marketing activities and project concerns;
- Evaluates the effectivity of all marketing activities;
- Collaterals
- Secures approval for collaterals needed and suggests new and effective designs on all OPMC projects;
- Ensures all inventory of print collaterals on a regular basis and makes sure that the
- supplies are available before they run out;
- Closely monitors outdoor collaterals of projects such as billboards, lamp posts, across the streets banners, directional signs, flaglets, etc.;
- Closely supervises the in-house Graphic Artist for major/new project collaterals such as logo, map brochure, directional signs, flyers, print ads, vehicle stickers, billboards, scale models, window display banners, white print maps, etc.;
- Closely coordinates with external suppliers with regards to collaterals andother corporate marketing collaterals and give-aways;
- Updates office collaterals like graphic wall, show window, poster, etc.
- Others
- Creates articles and publications of sales newsletter, if any;
- Proposes budget as well as monitors the same for all marketing related activity or collaterals;
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Qualifications :
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- At least three (3) years’ work experience in Marketing handling supervisory post
- Organized and aggressive
- With people handling and customer service skills
- Must have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- With strong leadership and motivational skills
