- With Entrepreneurial Spirit and willing to grow his/her own business.
- Drives and achieves business growth by honing, motivating and leading his team.
- Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Plans, develops, and implements sales and marketing strategy.
- Leads in the recruitment of business associates and sales entrepreneurs.
- Ensures that sales goals and service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Coordinates team activities and special projects to ensure quality of work.
- Provide professional and excellent level of customer service with previous and new clients.
- Resolves disputes or client-related issues fairly and professionally.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/College degree.
- Preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker but not required.

- At least 3 years of property sales experience.
