Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acts as a reliever in the absence of the Branch Coordinator to do sales acceptance, preparation of daily cash/check collections for deposit and relay daily collections to Accounting Department;
- Issues Provisional Receipts (PRs) and Acknowledgement Receipts (ARs);
- Releases commission checks and incentives;
- Prepares and distributes Reservation Applications (RAs) for every book sale;
- Updates buyer’s ledger card;
- Acts as Customer Service/Receptionist for Fairview Branch Office;
- Entertains inquiries from walk-in and phone-in clients;
- Performs bank transactions such as encashment, deposit, etc.;
- Files documents and monitors weekly, monthly and year-end reports;
- Monitors incoming and outgoing documents;
- Handles phone calls;
- Acts as custodian of different files at the branch;
- Helps in maintaining the cleanliness of the branch office.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably Female
- College graduate preferably with units in office management;
- Good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills;
- Able to work with minimum supervision;
- Willing to work on mall hours
