Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Will provide therapy, counselling to employees who are seeking professional guidance in a broad range of areas including (but not limited to): anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, mental health, relationships and sexuality issues. You will need to show exceptional empathy and social intelligence, while lending practical help to these users through the form of advice, guidance and suggestions.
- Can handle psychological testing services and conducts Psychological assessment for employees
- Prepares testing materials and psychological test evaluation
- Update the norms of various psychological tests and files the psychological test results
- Corresponds to the queries and needs of employees
- Handle other tasks given by the management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a Graduate of Psychology
- Must be Female
- Must be Licensed Psychometrician or Licensed Psychologist
- Must have pleasing personality
- With a minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in the field of Psychology.
- Practice in test administration, test scoring, test interpretation, and intake interview is an advantage
- Must have great writing and communication skills;
- Be highly self-motivated and well organised
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
