- Identify key SEO KPIs
- Supervise the Off-page team’s KPI, Tasks Launching, Output Quality
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions promptly
- Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
- Collaborate with web developers, content team, marketing team, and account management team
- Developing and implementing effective Off-page strategies
- Managing off-site optimization projects and reporting on performance
- Review off-page and output issues and recommend fixes
- Direct off-page optimization projects
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO Off-page aspects
- Keep abreast of SEO Off-page and integrated marketing trends
- Implement a Local SEO Strategy
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience as an SEO Off-Page Team Lead/ Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of off-page SEO techniques and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- With good time management skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
