Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Key Job Elements Include:
- Maintain and close books of account for internal company and overseas clientele in the U.S.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), industry practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare budget and cost reports for management while ensuring accuracy/timeliness of delivery of the books and accounting records
- Design, develop and maintain internal metrics for improved business management
- Ensure that a company's internal controls and policies are functional and adequate, and that they comply with regulatory rules
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Equivalent
- Preferred U.S. CPA, but not required
- Proficiency/Training in XERO
- Knowledge/Experience with accounting rules in U.S. and Philippines
- At least 3 years of experience in U.S. book keeping
- Keen, diligent and knowledgeable on handling accounts/records
- Must be fluent in English (strong verbal and written skills)
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Variable working hours
