We are seeking a talented detail-oriented QA UI/UX Developer to join our team.

As a QA UI/UX Developer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the user interface and user experience of our software products meet the highest standards of quality and usability. You'll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to identify issues, provide feedback on UI/UX design, and contribute ideas to enhance the overall user experience of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and provide feedback.
• Suggest UI/UX design improvements and optimizations.
• Ensure UI/UX consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
• Develop and execute comprehensive UI/UX test plans and scenarios, considering various user personas and usage scenarios.
• Conduct thorough reviews of UI/UX implementations, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance usability, intuitiveness, and overall user experience.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and usability testing.

• Proven experience in UI/UX design or frontend development roles.
• Knowledge of various front-end languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with responsive design development.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools. (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Relevant certifications.
