Assistant Purchasing Manager | Panglao, Bohol  

The Assistant Purchasing Manager covers all purchasing procedures and provision of all food and non-food items of the Resort. Provision of items can be local, domestic or imported from abroad. The primary issue regarding all purchased items is Quality. Secondly, our target is to get the requested quality at the best market price available.

Compliance to purchasing guidelines and Quality Standards of One-Of Collection in terms of purchasing. Strict adherence to internal purchasing procedures according to the Accounting Department.

• Organization of purchasing administration.
• Compilation of and adherence to quality standards of One-Of Collection.
• Handling and monitoring of all importing procedures in coordination with other specialists/Department Heads.
• Cooperation with Resort’s Department Heads.
• Price overview for daily market items.
• Keeping a library of catalogues for all sorts of goods.
• Close coordination with Storekeepers
• Law issues and restrictions from the Government

• Strong background in Purchasing & Logistics, Hospitality Industry & Resort Operation, in respective field/ functions
• With a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration Major in Supply Chain Management or any related field
• Knowledgeable in locations where properties of One-Of Collections are situated, such as Bohol & Palawan
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
