The Human Resources Intern shall be primarily responsible for the helping out in the processing of Compensation & Benefits related services, such as payroll, benefits availment, external reports (e.g. SSS, BIR, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth, Medicard, etc.) and records management. He/She will help out in filing 201 documents and making sure that HR files are organized. He/She will be exposed to the different HR facets: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement.
The Human Resources Intern is expected to conduct all these duties with the highest degree of responsibility, commitment, integrity, and customer service orientation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Currently taking up HRDM, Psychology, or equivalent course.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- High-organization skills
- Customer service orientation skills
- High integrity
- Can keep confidential information
- Analytical skills
