Training Supervisor  

As the Training Officer of Omni-Channel BPO, you will be responsible for leading employee development initiatives by crafting training events and educational programs across all accounts you will be working with. You will be working closely with the Leads of different departments to identify training needs and map out development plans for team members. You will be responsible for designing, developing, coordinating and conducting training programs.

You are a strong communicator and have experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs and e-learning. You are familiar with the equipment and educational material requirements for each program.

You recognize that there are different types of learners and that we can adapt different learning styles into our training programs. You think of and design engaging ways to train our employees (e.g. role-playing exercises or game activities) while ensuring programs or courses are aligned with the organization’s principles and goals.

It is your duty to ensure that the Training Associate is on top of his/her performance and you should work together to turn the new hires into a pool of experts. You will also assist the management in identifying the most suitable candidates for the Training Associate post when the right opportunity comes

• Minimum of 2 years working in Training and Development.
• Fluent in American English, Reading, Writing and Speaking
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
