Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The Business Analyst collaborates with the other members of the Pricing & Product Operations team on delivering on Product End of Life activities.
- The BA is responsible for setting scope/timeline/deliverables for a successful End of Life, responding to problems, prioritizing correctly, gathering information, sorting through issues and seeking input from others, developing accurate conclusions from findings, making timely decisions to prioritize work, and adapting to change while clearly setting expectations.
- A successful candidate will be able to effectively manage multiple projects and not only run but grow and improve critical programs. This person must be able to successfully engage with business stakeholders and executive leadership within the various teams we support at a global level. This person must be able to understand and balance the needs of both the business and customer and advocate for the best course of action with leadership.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2-4 years of relevant experience at Salesforce or two to three years of relevant experience elsewhere (Max years of experience is 6-8 yrs)
- 2-4 years in the following roles: technical support, sales operations, project management, and consulting
- Able to:
- Own and run End of Life programs, engage with business stakeholders on each EOL, understand impact to and alternatives for customers, manage communication internally and externally, gain and secure approval from relevant stakeholders
- Further develop the End of Life process (i.e. through standardized templates, transparency through reports/dashboards, etc.)
- Track and provide regular status updates on EOL programs
- Communicate at both the business and technical level (written and verbal)
- Work very comfortably with stakeholders at the department or division level
- Juggle multiple issues, set expectations and prioritize accordingly
- Navigate complex situations involving multiple parties
- Familiar with:
- General Business Processes (EOL, Sales, Marketing, Service, Support)
- Business Applications (CRM) and Automation
- Salesforce Core product and features
- Force.com features and capabilities
- Internet Architecture and Cloud Computing Concepts
- General IT (database, security, networking) concepts and basic programming concepts
