Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Translate business strategies into effective and efficient research programs to achieve the company’s overall business objectives
- Conduct in-house Market Research studies to gather consumer insights about the behavior of buyers and sellers that include automotive, real estate, and goods and services that will result to the identification of business opportunities and growth for the company
- Ensure adherence of research projects to industry standards by maintaining the quality of work throughout the entire research process: research objectives, research design, target respondents, research methodology, and interpretation of results
- Handle qualitative and quantitative study requirements
- Recommend the most efficient and cost-effective approaches to conducting market studies
- Prepare, analyze and report results to internal clients
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years solid and relevant working experience in Market Research
- In-depth understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research approach methodologies, extensive experience in research design, data analysis, report writing, and oral presentation
- Must be highly organized and has a great eye for detail
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
- Solid approach to understanding project details and measuring the impact of results
- Strong project management skills, ability to adapt and manage projects simultaneously
- Self-motivation, proactiveness, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Hands-on implementation of projects and go on the field if necessary
- Must be willing to work as a freelancer on a project basis
