Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Contact business and private individuals through telephone, email, text message, fax, client and field visits in order to solicit sales
- Find ways in managing clients and building lasting relationships with them in order to ensure prolonged business success
- Actively follow up new and manage existing clients of OLX
- Reach/exceed assigned quota per month (performance will not solely be on commission basis, exceptional performance will merit incentives and/or bonus)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years of working experience in Telesales; field sales experience optional
- Strong communication & customer management skills
- Goal-orientated in achieving targets, new accounts, renewals and revenue
- Willing to learn and quickly adapt strategy both in the Office and out in Field
- Ability to do sales in/out the field; can handle objections, complaints, roadblocks and negotiation with confidence and enthusiasm
- Ability to deliver tasks on time and work within tight deadlines
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course
