The Offshore Concept internship allows undergrads and graduating college students to have a feel on the opportunities and demands of working for a finance startup. The internship scope is carved out of the company's Management Trainee Programs (which is a 3-year program designed to prepare, train, and mentor high-performing individuals for managerial positions in various fields).

As an intern, you will work closely with your assigned mentor. Unlike most internships where you spent most of your time doing very clerical work, in this role, you will have the opportunity to own and lead small projects from start to end, in the course of three months. Plus, our pantry never runs out of free food and drinks.

You may choose to hang around our office in Ortigas or unleash your creativity anywhere you feel comfortable.

Could you be who we are looking for?

The marketing intern will work directly with our clients to help develop, improve, and execute their marketing strategies. Most of our clients are start-ups based in the U.S., so this is definitely a unique experience as you will be interacting with potential partners or clients from outside the Philippines.

Like our senior Management trainee roles, this role requires that you possess a passion for continuous learning. A natural curiosity for how things work is a must. You should have a good grasp of structure and strong desire to develop great organizational skills.
