Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Main function is on conducting the deliver of learning and development solutions to suit the needs of the client team.
- Delivers learning and development needs assessment, in partnership with the Talent Management team.
- Designs and facilitates programs that address identified needs.
- Conducts regular check-ups and performs research on emerging learning topics.
- Evaluates training effectiveness and adjusts accordingly.
- Receives assignments from Talent Management team on central organization programs (e.g. on-boarding, culture development, engagement, etc.).
- Secondary function is to help in sales recrutiment.
- Performs end-to-end recruitment of identified vacancies in the organization.
- Evaluates candidates according to role profiling standards.
- Designs and implements recruitment strategies to produce hires.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong background in learning design in implementing entire training cycle process (learning needs analysis, module design, facilitation and evaluation).
- Must have experience in sales training.
- Background in recruitment and knowledge of the process.
- Strong interpersonal and client servicing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to shift gears and adapt to address ever-changing training needs.
