Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Accountable in formulating Human Resources activities such as handling employee relations and labor relations.
- Knowledgeable on procedures and laws under the Philippine Labor Code.
- Plan regular employee performance evaluations
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Maintain and ensure that HR database is updated continuously and kept confidential
- Oversees the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, interviewing applicants and performing reference checks
- Initiate engagement in the workforce to ensure the productivity in workplace environment.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Must have At least 5 years working experience in the related field.
- Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Adaptive in multinational environment.
- With strong analytical and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Presentation.
