Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the company in many facets of corporate law, conducting legal, regulatory and business related research, drafting affidavits, contracts, board resolutions, secretary’s certificates, general information sheets, and other legal documents
- Attends meetings whenever his/her presence is so required; taking down notes and minutes of meetings whenever required
- Structure and draft legal documents and check legal forms and documents for accuracy
- Manages and supervises the operations by ensuring timely delivery of legal documents
- Responsible for the organizing, safekeeping, updating and maintaining all physical file including secretary's certificates, contracts, resolutions, and all Legal-Compliance documents
- Maintains an efficient monitoring system and prepares a monthly report
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably major in Legal Management, A.B. Political Science and other related course
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years relevant work experience on Corporate Law
- Knowledgeable in substantive legal concepts, legal research and documentation and legal terminology
- Must have at least 2 to 4 years extensive work background specializing in securing permits, licenses, clearance and/or certifications from concerned government agencies; With background in preparing Contracts/ memoranda
- Superior communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient knowledge and experience using MS Office and Google Suites
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize
- Highly organized, analytical and must be keen to details
- Experience in a law firm and/or attended law school is a plus
- High attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude to yield good results for the company
