Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and coordinate daily bank deposits
- Accounting responsibilities, including handling of accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements, tax filings
- Client billing process – assume the role of billing support analysis and audit
- Provide input into process changes or enhancements to increase efficiencies
- Internal company email management (receipt and delivery to internal staff members)
- Management of postage meter (funding, reconciliation)
- Assisting with travel arrangements
- Filing of company documentation
- Responsible for coordinating financial information
- Maintaining high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Managing inventory of office supplies
- Providing backup reception duties, handling incoming calls, etc.

- Proven experience in finance and administration field
