Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain organization staff by:
- Establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
- Counseling Managers on candidate selection.
- Conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
- Recommending changes.
- Maintain a pay plan by:
- Conducting periodic pay surveys.
- Scheduling and conducting job evaluations.
- Preparing pay budgets.
- Monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions.
- Recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Pay employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employee.
- Ensure legal compliance by:
- Monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
- Conducting investigations.
- Maintaining records.
- Representing the organization at hearings.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Complete human resource operational requirements by:
- Scheduling and assigning employees.
- Following up on work results.
- Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven working experience as the HR Manager or HR Executive.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Ability to architect strategy.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
