Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides appropriate accounting and clerical support to the Finance Division.
- Monitors all payments and expenditures and facilitates the preparation of vouchers and checks based on priority, importance and mandate.
- Settles payables by monitoring and verifying invoices, delivery receipts, purchase orders, contracts, payment history and other related documents.
- Pays vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received.
- Collects and ensures that OR and SI, CR are issued by the vendors and suppliers upon payment.
- Prepares accurate Accounts Payable aging.
- Monitor accruals and reversals of expenses.
- Saves records of check registry and schedule of postdated checks and prepaid payments.
- Responds to vendors, suppliers enquiries regarding payment settlement procedure and terms.
- Disburse petty cash fund and other revolving funds by recording entry and verifying documentation, such as forwarded receipts and expense purposes.
- Ensures timely release of replenishment of petty cash funds and revolving funds to all department's custodians.
- Prepares all Accounts Payable Sub-ledger to General Ledger and reconciles them monthly.
- Keeps and updates the masterfile of vendors and suppliers' information like Contracts, Permits, SEC, COR, and contact details etc.
- Assists in preparation of BIR tax returns such as, VAT relief and 2307.
- Participates in the cash reconciliation process and the recording of disbursement activity.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy or any 4 year pre-accountancy courses.
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as Accounts payable
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office particularly in MS Excel
- Well organized and highly attentive to details
- Works well under pressure
- Proactive and can interact, relate, and coordinate effectively
- Self-motivated and flexible
