Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Manage Facebook boost ads from backend and targeting the right audience to run an effective campaign
- Lead the direction of content for social media including approving of layouts, photos, and content to be used for wall posting, stories, and other ads
- Maintain and improve the design and function of the website according to customer’s need
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thoughtful leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Approve effective articles for SEO/SEM
- Manage the marketing team and ensures everyone in the team is aligned to the campaign
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
