Social Media Specialist | Content Creator  

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for leading the execution of the overall social media marketing strategy of the Company through the development, design, production and management of multimedia content and calendar for social media marketing, and the provision of high-level support and contribution to the social media and online/digital marketing thrusts of the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• develops, prepares, manages, and implements a social media content calendar based on the Company's social media marketing strategy
• manages and oversees social media content production and calendar by creating quality photos and collaterals, ensuring content is informative and appealing, and managing the schedule for timely release and publication
• measures success and outcomes of social media campaigns and activities, and provides insights and submits reports to Management regarding social media marketing performance
• works and collaborates with creative and customer support teams, including graphic designers, artists, and marketing professionals for content creation and management
• conducts competitive checks and stays up to date with latest trends, technology, and best industry practices

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in marketing, communication, or related field
• Has at least 2 years of relevant work experience in managing digital/social media platforms and multimedia content publishing
• Social media or digital savvy and with excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms; knowledge of Facebook Insights, preferable
• Good understanding of social media marketing KPIs and knowledge of social media marketing best practices
• Proficient in use of office document, spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office), and digital marketing and design software
