Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Leading Development Teams.
- Project Budgeting.
- Team Communications Oral across levels.
- Written Communications.
- Ability to mentor Task Forces.
- Troubleshooting OS / HW / SW / NW problems.
- Replacing HW components.
- Provide a complete and relevant report for the support given to problems faced by users.
- Follow SOP / Maintenance Standards to correct problems.
- Provide guidance to users.
- Create and administer user accounts.
- Escalation of relevant vendors according to needs and relevance.
- Implement and develop user support SOP documents.
- Identify technical problems that often occur and make improvement plans.
- Perform OS / HW / SW installation and configuration.
- Supports roll-out of new applications by setting up on the user's computer, and providing introductory training on basic application functions (if relevant).
- Applying patches and upgrades to the Operating System (OS) regularly to the desktop system on schedule.
- Department asset recording and maintenance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least 5 years experience as Lead Infrastructure.
- Proficient in English: oral and writing.
- Mature, good attitude, willing to learn.
- Good in project communication.
- Familiar & experience with infrastructure (Servers/OS, Networks): Servers/OS: Linux, Windows, AIX; Networks: TCP/IP, Routing, Firewall.
- Familiar with banking processes in infrastructure (Provisioning, Manifest, Hardening, Banking procedures).
- Exposure in banking industry is a big plus.
- Able to work in dynamic / agile environment.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
