Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and implement solutions
- Comprehend business strategies and requirements and develop necessary designs and plans to ensure projects and solutions satisfy those needs
- Act as a contributing member of the project team from project inception to completion
- Actively listen to client problems and needs to implement that information when creating solution plans
- Provide advice and make decisions about which technologies would be suitable to use for various projects
- Consistently monitor the scope of projects
- Collaborate with project managers and other staff members to develop budgets and timelines for solutions
- Assess and evaluate risk as required
- Maintain understanding of how individual work and decisions fit into the broader organizational picture
- Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of happenings and current events in the industry
- Mentor, educate, and train colleagues as requested
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong Programming skills C#, ASP.NET MVC Razor & Web Form, AngularJs, JQuery, EntityFramework, LINQ, REST API, Web Services
- Strong database skill SQL Server (minimum SQL Server 2012) / Oracle and others database platform will be advantage.
- Experience in defined and design the application architecture.
- Experience in determine the technologies for solution to meet the customer needs.
- Experience in recommend the application framework with deep knowledge in .NET design pattern.
- Experience in build and design the application standard.
- Experience in present the solution.
- Experience in preparing a technical proposal for presales purpose.
- Experience in K2 development technologies (Workflow & SmartForm)
- Experience in Sharepoint and Nintex Workflow
- Experience in source control SVN/Git/TFS
- Experience in mobile application development (xamarin, hybrid (ionic/phonegap)) will be advantage
- Good Communication & Presentation Skill Team Player
- Candidate must at least bachelor's degree in computer science / Information Technology
- Have a Microsoft certified MCSD/MCPD will be advantage
