Scrum Master  

• Support team in operational activities by applying SCRUM framework.
• Communicate within and outside team by preparing and distributing internal and external communication, improving transparency and constantly clarifying Scrum principles.
• Coach Product Owners, Development Teams and other team members in Scrum adoption.
• Align with other Scrum Masters to remain consistent in practices being applied.
• Act as key contact point for vendors in relation to product delivery.

Vendor Scope :

• Act as the SCRUM master for team providing support to PMI sales and marketing systems worldwide.
• Plan sprints, conduct sprint review, daily stand ups etc.
• Follow up, monitor and liaise with offshore vendors on product delivery.
• Constantly monitor and track product backlog .

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• A person with 1+ years of Scrum Master experience (SCRUM practitioner).
• High-level knowledge in IT processes (eg: ITIL, PMP).
• Good communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office and SCRUM tools.
• Scrum Master and/or Product Owner Certification would be a plus .
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
