Assistant Service Delivery Manager identifies a client’s needs and oversees the delivery of the services within the context of the business. The foundation of this position is establishing processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner. Assistant Service Delivery Manager manage a team and oversee field service engineer within the department.providecexcellent customer service, who possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and who enjoy working as part of a team.
- Responsibility for the operational management and service delivery of various contracts within the NCR, Cebu and Davao Area
- Comply with all Company policies/procedures to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- To be customer focused within all areas of operational activities and maximize relationships with clients.
- Effectively closing audit actions within the customers time frames and meeting their expectations
- Deliver effective communication through competent advice, leadership and direct contribution to client management meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence and monthly and ad-hoc reporting, as appropriate.
- Assist in monitoring and managing Delivery to acceptable levels.
- Compliance with and record keeping for Company ISO Quality Management Systems.
- Control and monitor the performance of the technical service engineer.
- Minimizing Company risk from a technical, financial or health and safety perspective by making appropriate checks in a timely manner.
- Other reasonable activities as deemed necessary to fulfill the business objectives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Engineering background is essential for the role / Supervisor level would be advantageous
- Substantial knowledge and experience of printing, advertising and publishing services/ FM Delivery including legislation
- Commercial awareness
- Team working experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Experience of Printing Equipment Industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
