Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The Operations Manager will Reports Directly to First Mile Unit Head,
- Oversees General Parcel Inbouning (Daily Missing Report) , Parcel Routing, Warehouse and Hub Processes improvements,
- Makes critical Decision for the Unit and Asses General Capabilities of the over all Operations
- Monitor Daily Reservation requests,
- Generates EOD Report for route Cleaning,
- Identify and Higlight process gaps caused by Riders, Trucks Dirvers and Operation Assistants (Staff)
- Attend to inquiries raised by Key Accounts, Customer Service and other stakeholders,
- Will be responsible in Investigating the unit for missing parcels caused by Operations
- Will manage . 2-3 Sr. Supervisors
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelors Degree Holder, preferably Industrial Engineering Graduate
- At least 3 years experience in warehousing/logistics industry
- Proven experience in any Logistics Company as Operations Manager.
- Good oral and Written Comms and Above average knowledge in using Excel or Google Sheets
- Problem-solving skills.
- Extremely self-motivated, organized, and responsible.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, Provide good judgment in ensuring all problems are solved in an effective and timely manner.
- SQL knowledge is a plus
