Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Labor and Employee Relations Specialist shall work closely with the Labor and Employee Relations Supervisor in handling all human relations, labor relations, and other labor-related concerns
Tasks include:
- Drafting of memorandun, notice to explain, and notice of decision
- Issuance of memo and notice to explain
- Investigate administrative cases and conduct administrative hearings
- Track, organize, and review records, reports, and documentation of all grievance and disciplinary measures
- Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Laws
- Ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2-3 years of HR experience in handling employee relations and labor relations
- Extensive knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines
- Above-average judgment and decision making skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Above-average communication skills, both verbal and written
- High comfort level in using MS Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent Google programs (GSlides, GSheets, etc.)
- Tech savy; experinece in using online project management applications preferred
- Prior experience in handling disciplinary actions for employees is a MUST
- Experience in drafting memo, notice to explain, and other labor-related documents
- Willing to work in Makati
