Business Development Associate  

We are looking for young, organized, and responsible individuals with a passion for business and a strong marketing or promotions background.

You are a self-starter, with the ambition and determination to drive a project from start to finish. You will be working directly with the CEO on special projects related to the real estate, resort and leisure, food and beverage, and gaming industries.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing marketing plans and strategies in line with the company budget and theme
• Responsible for organizing events
• Conduct market research to come up, develop, deliver and present an effective marketing analysis and strategy with an updated marketing plan based on the conducted research
• Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising campaign, and promotional activities to meet organizational objectives
• Executive online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, strategy development, brand awareness, and drip marketing initiatives

Knowledge and Skills

• Must be aggressive in the implementation/execution of marketing plans
• Creative and can develop marketing campaigns and promotions
• Energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results
• Adept on online and traditional marketing and highly skilled in visual communication
• Works in a self-directed environment and demonstrates problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other business applications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent
• Preferred at least 1-2 years experience in the related field
