What you will do here

• Work closely with the team to prioritize business and information needs
• Interpret and analyze data results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Develop the growth of ecosystems and user behavior with data to find opportunities that can improve product development and strategy
• Develop and analyze databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency
• Helping in developing data reports and analysis
• Handle ad-hoc request for data discovery, exploration and insights for business, CS, and product improvements
• Define tracking data layers
• Gather and research data how users using our platform
• Collaboration with Data Engineers and source systems SMEs to resolve data quality issues that may occur. Provide them supporting evidence as needed
• Regularly review data reports, take action to address the issues and follow up to ensure resolution (gatekeeper for data quality)
• Data room builder and owner

Senior Data Analyst Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistic/ Management or other quantitative disciplines.
• 4-7 years experience as Data Analyst preferably in the tech industry
• Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills; including experience in large data models and reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
• Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
• Focus on tactical data
• Output dashboard, report analysis & tracking documentation
