Marketing Specialist  

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for researches and analyzing demographics, pricing schedules, market trends, competitor products, and other information relevant to the company’s marketing objectives. Uses marketing expertise to help direct strategy and planning for promotional materials, sales tactics, and other department activities (traditional and digital). Creates and develops new campaigns, advertising copy, and other marketing materials.

Job Duties:

• Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data;
• Presents findings to the owner to help guide the direction and activities of the department;
• Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces;
• Come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials especially the company’s digital presence;
• Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public;
• Enforces brand marketing guidelines throughout each product and/or service to create a cohesive feel to each campaign;
• Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information;
• Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback;
• Adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts;
• Reports findings and results to the company owner.

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a Related Field,
• Must be Creative, Innovative, Independent, Self-Starter, Easy to adapt, and can work with minimal supervision;
• Knowledge of Media Channels and Marketing Strategy, Client Relationships, and Research;
• Must have five (5) years of marketing work experience;
• Candidates with a background in the same industry are an advantage and will be prioritized;
• Candidate must be open to different work schedules as necessary;
• We will need one (1) candidate for our Manila Office and one (1) for our Calbayog City Office.

Note: The salary for the position is open for negotiation based on the candidate's work background and skill set.
