Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards such as but not limited to Food Quality Systems, HACCP & GMP policies and others on assigned sections (Blending, Packing, Pre-batching and Labelling)
- Implement daily/weekly/monthly production objectives and communicate them to subordinates
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing manning schedules based on expected order volumes
- Strictly check the production output according to established specifications and food safety standards
- Ensure the safe use of machines and coordinate with the Manufacturing Manager and Facilities Supervisor on regular scheduling of preventive maintenance
- Work with QC and R&D on monitoring of new product trial run
- Identify issues in efficiency of assigned production line and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance to all audit requirements and that safety standards are strictly being adhered to
- Timely submission of all assigned production and progress reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree preferably in Food Technology, Nutrition or any related course
- With a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Food Manufacturing particularly in handling Blending (Dry Blends) and Packing lines
- Can effectively supervise a group of Production personnel working on rotating shifts
- Has a good background and understanding of Food Quality Systems
- Willing to work on rotating shifts and for extended hours, even during weekends and holidays, as needed
- Proficient in driving with valid driver's license (preferably)
- Computer Proficient (MS Applications)
