BIM Manager | Cebu  

We are looking for an innovative senior-level Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Manager who can lead the team in its development and implementation of company-wide BIM/VDC standards, technology, training, and protocols.

The ideal candidate is a proven industry leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and has a deep passion for developing and implementing innovative BIM processes across a large team.

Key focus of the process will include design development, design coordination, and clash detection at every project stage. Outstanding project management, time management, and communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience providing implementation, training, and support in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360
• Experienced in combining and coordinating BIM model updates, running clash detection on revised components, and communicating results to internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of primary building systems on industrial projects and common building materials
• Experienced in leading online meetings and training sessions across a remote project team using platforms such as GoTo Meeting or, Zoom
• Proven ability to create and manage complex commercial and industrial construction projects within Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, AutoCAD, and other supporting programs
• The ability to work effectively in an extremely fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Proactive and flexible attitude, willingness to take an “all hands on deck” approach
