Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Fill the sales funnel by actively targeting key client groups – Architect & Design Firms, Real Estate, Project Management, large corporate end users.
- Develops and implements business plans to increase new business and expansion opportunities; holds self-accountable for achieving assigned goals and objectives.
- Forecast sales based on sales funnel concept to develop winning strategy.
- Develop Sales Presentation strategies.
- Conduct presentation to customers and consultants and offer solutions that meets and exceed their expectation.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies.
- Actively work to gain market intelligence including information on market outlook, competitive products, product innovation, industry trends and future projects.
- Work closely with operations team to complete the sales cycle
- Provide leadership and mentoring to other members of the team, specifically, the Account/Sales Executives.

Positively lead and influence the team to collaborate and partner together with entire organization to achieve individual, team, and business goals

Ability to coach, and develop sales processes/tools and customer facing skills

Work with the Regional Director to meet the sales quota including forecast of projects (30, 60, 90 days/annual).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Degree (preferably in the field of Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design);
- With atleast 3-5 years work experience in Sales and Marketing;
- Has strong communication and leadership skills.
